Principal

Sherri Baldwin is the Principal of LeadAdvantage, Inc. Sherri uses a unique blend of business-relevant, engaging and high-energy approaches to create an environment where leaders are individually equipped to navigate successfully through their specific business challenges to achieve a desired objective. Sherri has worked closely with leading organizations such as The Carolinas Nuclear Cluster, Wal-Mart, ACE Hardware, United States Gypsum, and Carolinas Healthcare to strengthen behavior and promote effective organizational change.

Prior to LeadAdvantage, Sherri worked as VP of Coaching, Consulting and Programs in a leadership development firm and has 15 years of experience in sales & marketing management, primarily in the hospitality industry. Sherri earned a degree in Communications from Texas A&M University where she currently serves on the Leadership Council. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster and has served as the Area Governor for Toastmasters in Charlotte, NC. (Toastmasters is an international public speaking and leadership organization). Sherri is also an FAA certified pilot and is a published author.

Senior Consultant and Director of Analytics

Bob Mobley has over 25 years as a human resources development professional and has lead seminars and workshops in a variety of businesses and industries in the United States and abroad. In addition to workshop facilitation, Mobley has significant experience in organizational development, culture change initiatives, training needs assessment, productivity improvement and communications. Bob has a BA in economics and business administration from Wofford College and an MBA from Wake Forest University.


Rick Vipperman

Senior Consultant

Rick Vipperman has over 30 years of leadership development experience including Founder and President of LeadFirst & Associates, a Charlotte, North Carolina based International firm that focused on executive level leadership. After selling his business in 2005 to pursue personal interests, Rick Vipperman reunited with LeadAdvantage in 2009 to continue his career-long pursuit of working with organizations to create and strengthen a more healthy and productive operating culture through the effective use of management and the influence of leadership.


Nikkita Nguyen

Program Director and Principal Consultant

Nikkita Nguyen is the Program Director and Principal Consultant of Supreme Business Analysis Programs and LeadAdvantage. Nikkita has worked with organizations such as AT&T, Cox Communications, Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, Goldman Sachs Private Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, and more. Her previous roles include management consultant, senior business analyst, senior project manager, and program manager.

 
With her vivacious personality and professionalism, Nikkita has led teams in process improvement, project delivery, product creation, product delivery, and the acquisition of a financial technology (fintech) company. She has an M.B.A. from La Salle University, completing part of her program in Reutlingen, Germany, studying the processes at Mercedes-Benz, Columbus Verlag, and GE Robotics. She is a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and the author of Powerfully Practical Business Analysis: 10 Best Practices in Communication and Documentation.

Grady L. Peeler III

Grady Peeler is a Certified Public Accountant and spent almost 10 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving clients such as Bank of America, IBM, Federal Home Loan Bank System, Volvo, Old National Bank and various private equity firms. He has since successfully started 2 small businesses and continues to provide financial consulting services for medium to large companies. Grady now speaks, trains and develops leaders to help companies improve their financial results by improving their people.


Karen Bentley

Consultant and Coach

Karen parlays her corporate experience into real-life results for her clients. Leveraging three decades of corporate experience, Karen’s passion is to develop strong leaders armed with the tools to succeed professionally and personally. Karen’s impressive track record of sales success with a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company, building and leading teams in the complex direct patient care healthcare space, and her exemplary record of serving her community though elected office tee her up to effectively and authentically advise clients who understand the value of a highly talented and engaged workforce.

Karen holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration degree from UNC Chapel Hill where she received the Deneise May-Chaney Fellowship for Outstanding Student. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana.

Karen has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, medical sales, and community leadership. She is passionate about her community which is evidenced by her four-term service on the Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners and several non-profit Boards of Directors.
