The three-day program is similar to The Leadership Advantage program in content but tailored for work groups within an organization. Using the same behavior assessments as the leadership program, team members will recognize and understand both their own behavior pattern when working with a team and the styles of their co-workers, manager, and customers in order to structure more productive, effective and successful relationships.
