The two-day program focuses on the manager's ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace. Participants have the opportunity to be re-assessed on the 360 degree Inventory from program one, The Leadership Advantage, to measure progress toward goals (recommended six months after program one), and/or to receive feedback on a Management Effectiveness Profile, which identifies behavior in specific management situations. The 360 degree measurement provides a benchmark for change opportunities in the individual and their immediate operating environment.
