In today's competitive business environment of do more with less and self reliance, time is of the essence in maximizing our efforts to build effective teams and motivate our staff. Coaching skills have become more essential for managers to quickly get to the root of an issue to improve job performance, increase productivity, and build stronger teams. The art of asking powerful questions creates thought provoking, open dialogue for employees to explore what motivates and inspires them to succeed. The use of effective coaching skills has proven to motivate individuals and teams in driving their own success in reaching a higher potential to produce outstanding results in working toward a company vision.

In this workshop, participants will observe a coaching demonstration from a trained coach, learn the model of a coaching conversation and practice new coaching skills in a safe and friendly environment. Managers will gain an understanding of the importance of applying coaching techniques and when and how to shift from manager to a coaching role.
