Kelley Doyle
Business Coach

Kelley Doyle's clients grow to take leadership of their life, directing their business/careers and personal relationships to bring them the greatest personal enjoyment.

Kelley has owned her own coaching company since 2002. She discovered her talents in coaching after a successful career in sales. Kelley is the current president of International Coaches Federation, Charlotte, NC Chapter and a graduate of Coach University. She holds accreditation from the International Coaches Federation and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University.

Kelley brings a personal and practical balance to developing others that honors their authentic self, talents and passions and combines it with focused techniques to create positive, lasting behavioral change. Her coaching is focused on reducing the "noise" of the client by drawing out key priorities and co-creating an action plan to achieve predetermined benchmarks for success and promoting the "life leadership" of the client by supporting them in evaluating career and personal decisions that align with their long range goals; and then following through on implementation. Kelley believes that for clients ready to do the work, coaching offers a chance to step out of the hurried pace of daily life, reconnect with who they are and what they truly want, and return to life with a clearer mind and strategy to succeed on their own terms.

In her own words:

"My coaching style combines heartfelt compassion, straight-talk truthfulness and an unwavering belief in the greatness of each client. My coaching empowers and inspires clients to take calculated risks and act with courage in all areas of their life."
